Its quite simple, just put the CoolCube in the freezer overnight and its ready for use. It is a fantastic replacement for messy ice buckets and wet tubes.

It has two convenient sides: One side can be used as a PCR workstation with 10 slots for 1.5/2.0ml standard microtubes and one 96-well PCR plate (or 0.2ml tubes/strips). The other side has 36 slots for 1.5/2.0ml standard microtubes.
